Join this July 13th, 2021 for the “Transform Your Mental Health” 4 Week Challenge. This is a boxing and bootcamp challenge that doesn’t just focus on your physical fitness, but also your mental health.

Mental health programs have always been needed, but ever more so since the start of the 2020 Pandemic. According to the World Health Organization 93% of mental health supports have been disrupted and affected by the COVID pandemic . That means that if you’re needing support with your mental health, there are extremely limited resources to support you. The Transform you Mental Health Challenge is a program to help you move and be supported in a safe environment, with other women going through the same silent mental health issues as yourself. Yet, it’s a physical fitness program that takes into consideration all your physical and mental fitness needs.

4 Week Challenge

This 4-week challenge is for women who want to: have FUN with fitness, be more confident in their own skin, sleep better, BE Happier, DROP THAT COVID Weight, be able to keep up with their kids, and or grandkids, WHILE getting rid of those nagging aches and pains! While feeling, safe, and supported, both emotionally, and mentally.

Many other fitness programs and gyms are led by high-level athletes, fitness bodybuilder competitors, and young trainers. Often these trainers HAVE NO IDEA or limited life experience, to take into consideration the level of desires that the mental and physical needs of someone who is older, working, and looking after the family!

20 Years of Coaching Experience

My name is Lita Mae Button, and I am a boxing and Bootcamp coach, with A LOT of professional and personal experience. As a single mom, in her 40’s, with a child who has a lifelong blood disorder (that’s me with my son, before my professional boxing debut) I have over 20 yrs coaching experience with a variety of groups. I love working most with women and people with Parkinson’s. In addition to this, I have a BCN’s in Nursing, professional experience in geriatric mental health nursing, a variety of fitness certifications AND know firsthand what it is like to struggle with depression. I am a woman who is in her late teens and twenties, is this program for me?

Yes. All women are welcome. As a coach, I am most experienced in working with women 40yrs and older.

What if I have never exercised before, and have a previous injury?

That is ok, this is a 4-week challenge that helps you at all levels of fitness, but especially if you are a beginner woman who is 40 years and older. With a Post Rehab fitness certification, I help people weekly recover past physiotherapy, surgeries, and other alignments, like Parkinson’s. I will teach you how to move better, so you can decrease your daily aches and pains. See what one of my family members who are a retired physiotherapists says about how I help her husband who has Parkinson’s.“My husband is a participant of the online Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson’s disease, with coach Lita. I am a retired physiotherapist, so can attest to the relevance & quality of the program as it relates to the challenges of people living with Parkinson’s.
As my husband has cognitive impairment, I was doubtful as to how well he would cope with the online format, as opposed to the in-person experience that he was used to pre COVID.
